3. Consultation Services
- Consultations are personal advisory sessions based on Lori Karastergios’s lived experience and knowledge of Greece. They are not a substitute for professional travel agency services, legal advice, or guarantee of any outcome.
- All consultation fees are non-refundable. Once payment is made and a session is scheduled, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including cancellation by the client.
- NotJustFeta.com reserves the right to reschedule a session in the event of an unforeseen conflict. In that case, a new session will be offered at no additional charge.
4. No Liability for Travel Outcomes You acknowledge and agree that NotJustFeta.com and its owner, Lori Karastergios, are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, inconvenience, or expense of any kind arising out of or in connection with your travel plans, whether or not based on information or recommendations provided on this site or during a consultation. This includes but is not limited to: flight cancellations, accommodation issues, medical incidents, accidents, theft, natural disasters, or changes in local conditions.
Travel decisions are made entirely at your own risk.
